COOLANT
FLUSH:
A coolant flush consists of flushing the old antifreeze from the engine cooling
system. Coolant needs to be flushed after the initial 45K miles of the car’s
life, and then every 30K miles for the remainder of the car’s life.
Coolant naturally wears out over time and becomes acidic. A high acidity level
may damage the vehicle by eating away at the inside of the hoses, water pump,
radiator, thermostat, and head gasket.
