HT Developing is entrepreneur Jay Hanley’s web designing firm.  Jay has been involved in web marketing on the Internet for 11 years.

In 2002, he won the coveted President’s Club Award at Sprint (given to the top 1% of Sprint employees) for his efforts in marketing Sprint's business products.

A year later, he finished a second Bachelors Degree at the Devry Institute of Technology…Kansas City campus.  The degree was in Web Technologies and he graduated Valedictorian of his class.  He had attended on a Sprint Employee Assistance Scholarship to further enhance his knowledge of the newest software applications beginning to be used in Internet marketing.

He then took an offer from a smaller boutique technology firm based in downtown Kansas City, and assisted Niko Software to grow from 2 employees to 11 employees in 14 months, bringing in 172 clients through brand new web marketing technology and strategies he designed. 

Up until that time, it was thought impossible to bring in 150 clients in one year into a web design business.  Most web design firms that have been 4 and 5 years in business still have yet to land their 50th client.

Taking all he knew and all that he had developed, he started HT Developing in the Spring of 2005 with a DST programming engineer. The success was quick.

After earning his 100th client...he then began to put the principles he had developed to work for his own clients.  He now employs the same techniques he used to grow his own company... for each of his web site clients.  The results are often phenomenal.
